Cape
you race through the skies
without even knowing it
saving us all from sad rain
letting your sunshine shed light
I marvel at your beauty
the strength of your heart
don’t let the subtle night
rob you of your stars
don’t promise me the moon
just take me up in your arms
flying through these cities
you’re my adventure
let’s unravel into ever after
forever, do this with me
