Chiken Poem by tre jones

Chiken

if you see me in the kitchen just know im handlin my biznis
i am hungry and my favorite dish is chiken
if you want some im going to show you how to rip it
now the chiken 1st you have to clean it like the dishes
then its your choice to peel the fat if thats what you wishin
but before all that make sure the grease heating on about 350
and when your chiken done cleaning you got to season it and flip it
season the other side then dropp it in the skillet
what ever spice you choice to throw in thats your decision
like onions bell peppers thats just if you like your chiken scented
and there is no real time how long the chiken is suposed to be sizzlin
the reason bein is because your going off precision
not to mention dependin
on the size of the skillet and how much grease you put in it
you might not have to flip it
stay with me
if its brown enough on one side do the other side identical 100%
when the whole chiken brown and the inside so tender
you should hold the chiken up then let the grease finish drippin
then let it lay for one minute then your finish
oh yeah and make sure everything is off for a fire prevention
bon appitite
