Children Poem by Angela Trimm

Children

Carefree spirits, lighthearted souls.
Having dreams of the fairytales, from which they've been told.
Innocent faces, benevolent eyes.
Little hands and bodies with exceptional minds.
Discipline the harshest of the world that they know.
Reminding us of laughter we once used to show.
Expressing their love through a pure and precious smile.
Nothing can oversoul the beauty of a child.
