Chills Poem by Crystal Hayes

Chills

Chills

they all say we all wait for our special tragedy
where they break through your chains
they all say they have the strategy
to cure you of all your pains
but yet it wasent true.
untill the the day I met you.

you told me, 'you couldn't keep your eyes off of me'
that 'i bring chills down your spine.'
well, baby you don't see,
that you bring chills up and down,
and all around this body of mine.
you don't know how much I feel for you.
someday I hope you will know it's true

they say we are to young or nieve,
to feel or act this way,
the way I feel, actions can never show you, please never leave!
please by my side always stay.
to hold me from the special tragedy that is in me
these feelings in me you have made.

you told me, 'you couldn't keep your eyes off of me'
that 'i bring chills down your spine.'
well, baby you don't see,
that you bring chills up and down,
and all around this body of mine.
you don't know how much I feel for you.
some day I hope you will know it's true.

it's true, the way I feel
these chills in me
it's true, this is very real.
you've found the key to my special tragedy

these chills in my body,
going up and down this spine of mine.
is just a fraction of my feelings for you
you don't know how much I feel for you
some day i hope you will know, and know it's true...
