Choice & Fate. Ii. Poem by Luke Curcio

Choice & Fate. Ii.

The door won't open.

Against the turning of the knob.

Against the force I impress.

I chose this one out of them.

And yet here I am to be denied entrance.

Fate has said no. I willed to walk straight.

A cross path forced a choice. A choice I never wanted.
