Chronophobic Love Poem by Kestrel Quiambao

Chronophobic Love

I can see it in your eyes,
The looks of a paradise,
Deep within your precious soul,
Until you fill the black hole.

The hurt that I am feeling,
Keeps the memories fading,
It's all gone until the end,
Oh yes it is a man's friend.

A dream that keeps coming back,
Worst thing to keep so intact,
I wonder how long will I last,
With the seconds pass so fast.

Paradoxical nightmare,
A game that's so unfair,
Trusting a four-leaf clover,
We'll stop until it's over...
