Coffee Shop Poem by Chad Bradtrent

Coffee Shop

In town there was a shop,
it was called- Clown Clop,
there was lots of coffee,
and inside I met Johnny.
Johnny's now my babe,
but he's in love with Gabe.

He says he has no feelings,
but as I look into his eyes,
I think about my cries,
and without a doubt,
I've shut him out.

And though it really hurts.
I've thrown away your stuff.
Now you are with Gabe,
and I live with my maid,

I gave you all my heart,
but you smashed it with a chart,
now I have bashed my head in a wall,
and I look like I'm in the war.
As I go on my hike,
I will cry, and cry, and cry.
