Cold Poem by Izik Alcox

Cold

Rating: 5.0

The howling of my soul like the winter's wind
Alone and torn my heart seeming skinned
Shelter from this cold is nowhere to be found
I cry out yet no one hears a sound
Inside my snow globe I'm trapped in a storm
Shaken by you is how it gets it's form
Eventually it calms down from the blizzard
Stirred up again like a curse from a wizard
You left, burying me in five feet of snow
So cold and dead, unable to grow
Will spring come for me, able to grow anew
Released from your spell or die from a flu

I very much like your poem. Has this person broken your heart in such way? Anyhow, I much adore this.
