When identifying another human being, try to identify them by some other attribute other than color. Say, 'The man on the far right, ' instead of 'The white man on the far right.' Say 'The woman who is sitting, ' rather than 'The black woman who is sitting.' I recognize no true need for color distinction unless there is no other way.
