Comfort Poem by Jordan Aston

Comfort

In a club I feel at home
Because with friends I don't feel alone
They know my weakness but I don't care
As I know theirs and that is fair

I find comfort in this place
As I go along the path of life at my own pace
And though my path may slant down
On my face there won't be a frown

For happiness comes in different ways
And feelings are things of which the brain relays
For in life there are mountains we have to climb
But we can either traverse fast or take our time

When I sometimes want to yield
I think of the determination that I wield
And though the challenges may make you feel blue
The best thing to do is to find happiness as you fight through
