Cracks In Tree Bark Poem by Fiona Schwartzinoff

Cracks In Tree Bark

Rating: 1.0

Veins violently pulsing.
Skin flaking with age.
Ancient dried rivers
Leading to sage.

Rippling wood sea.
Slashed with Nature’s knife.
Roads on a crackling map
Leading to life.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
All the things we can see in a tree's bark... It's infinite.
