Cravings Poem by Micha Memory Asime

Cravings

All I want
Without words,
While I'm alive...
Is for you to let me in.
Tell me once, tell me twice.
Oh kiss me tenderly;
For strawberries taste like your lips do.
Yet still, I can never have you.
I've been standing inline a long time,
A long way down.
You're my everything,
But never should I have called you, an angel.
They always leave.
