Moving too fast
Need to slow down
Feeling so dizzy
Think i might drown

Friend or foe
No one knows

Cyclone of thoughts
Spinning round my head
So confused, feeling bruised
Where can i tread?

Destructive thoughts
Keep on screaming
Life in chaos
Is something missing?

You were there
To lend a hand

When i was scared

Heart is breaking
And I'm to blame
Falling apart
Lost in my shame

So much anger
Pent up inside
Letting it go
Have no where to hide

Piecing it together
A suicidal thought
So lost, so insane
I feel so hurt
