Daddy's Little Girl.. Poem by Chlo'e Procter

Daddy's Little Girl..

Rating: 3.1

Daddy's little girl,
all sad and blue.
Nobody she can even talk to.
Mummy's angry,
daddy's not proud.
Suddenly she's being followed, by a dark cloud.
Full of sadness, grief and despair,
nobody listens, nobody even cares.
Would they miss her if she wasn't there?
She takes a long walk, to maybe clear her head,
But she just cant forget what her Daddy had said..
'Your worthless, your scum,
I can't believe what you have done.
I just wish, you didn't exist,
then I could forget all of this'.
She crosses the bridge, not all the way but half.
Gets to the edge, and does nothing but laugh.
'My life is joke, I'm a loser - royally crowned'.
Lifts both legs over, and falls to the ground.
Within a second she is gone.
If only her Daddy had known what he'd done,
She'd be alive, and he wouldn't of pulled the trigger on his gun.

This is really well written. it has a lot of power in its word and gives a really good clear message. Hopefully people will think before they speak as some never realise their consequences.
