Dance With The Devil Poem by Dashaun Rashod Snipes

Dance With The Devil

In shadows deep, where darkness dwells,
A dance begins, where heaven rebels.
With fiery eyes and wicked grin,
The Devil calls, inviting us in.

His steps are smooth, his movements bold,
As he guides us through the dance untold.
With every twist and turn we sway,
Entangled in his seductive display.

He whispers secrets, tempting and sly,
Promising pleasure, with each lie.
We succumb to his rhythm's lure,
Lost in the passion, feeling secure.

But beware the price we pay,
For dancing with the Devil, they say.
He steals our souls, with cunning delight,
Leaving us empty in the endless night.

So dance with caution, my dear friend,
For the Devil's waltz has no end.
In the depths of darkness, he reigns supreme,
A dance with the Devil, a forbidden dream.
