Dancing Old Age Poem by ENO SUTRAMAN

Dancing Old Age

She said-'let's dance despite old age'
She's 97 but quite sprite as new age
I'm 101, better say the one who's keen on pun-
With dancing and romancing old ago done;
One hundred and one a whole lot far ago,
But the lady's insistent, about gavotte agog
For practice danced with chairs ladies in seats
They did it much better alone, it seems
I sent them gavotte with the lady new age,
They are still dancing gavotte with her table old age,
Now I am one hundred and four split in two,
Twice Younger thru Dance-
I am FIFTY something, dancing old age.
