don't give me space
because all i want is you
time away from you is time of waste
because i need you.
my affection turns to devotion
because i'm committed to you
it's more like an addiction of emotion
i can't seem to heal when my heart is in two.
i'm waiting for your snow to fall on me
and cover my heart with cold memories
i'm not asking to be free
i'm just prepared for pain's degrees.
the lust of the flesh is only a desire
but i have a need of the heart
burning flames of a passionate fire
wants and needs are worlds apart.
spear my heart with your tears
but spare my soul fromagonized cries
you know i'll always be here
your pain is my pain, it makes me want to die.
your eyes are the keys, the doorway
to the interiour of my soul
your voice is the beat of my heart as it runs away
i've let go of my control.
you are so special
so priceless with that beautiful face
you are so valuable
you can not ever be replaced.
if anyone hurts you or damages your soul
i'll be able to tell
if they make you feel like anything less than a blessing or a miracle
then i damn their soul to hell.
i'll hold you in my arms
night and day, every minute and hour
protect you from harm
you are my wilting flower.
my heart is stolid
because it has shattered in your eyes
with my soul frozen solid
i confess a lie.
the lie i had told
was when i said i don't love you anymore
i was angry and consumed in being cold
i meant to hurt you, but only my heart is tore.
your forgiveness caresses my spirit
like a feather brushing on a stone
when i apologized, i was surprised you wanted to hear it
my mind is blown.
