Darkness falls upon me
A cloak of black so deep
It envelopes me completely
In its mysterious keep
The night air thickens
As shadows dance around
Whispers in the stillness
A symphony of sound
In this darkness
I feel invisible and free
Unbound by the judgement
Of society
No eyes to watch me
No expectations to meet
Just me and the darkness
A powerful feat
I walk along the streets
In this shroud of obscurity
Feeling like I can conquer
Any obstacle or adversity
For in the darkness
There is a certain power
A hidden strength within me
That I never knew before
My voice echoes in the emptiness
My footsteps ring out loud
I am the ruler of this domain
A queen amongst the crowd
The darkness ignites
A fire in my soul
A fearless spirit
That I can't control
I am a mystery
In this veil of black
A force to be reckoned with
No one can attack
For in the darkness
I am invincible
A force to be feared
A force that's unstoppable
I am the midnight sky
A canvas of stars
Endless possibilities
Infinite power
Like a cloak of shadows
I am draped in its hold
An unbreakable bond
That cannot be sold
With each step I take
I grow stronger still
A warrior of the darkness
Fearless and unfulfilled
In this darkness
I am completely free
A version of myself
That no one else can see
It's like a superpower
That only I possess
A gift from the darkness
A secret I can confess
It gives me strength
To face my fears
To rise above the doubts
And dry my tears
The darkness is my sanctuary
A refuge from the light
A place where I can be myself
Without any fight
It's a reminder
That even in the depths of night
There is still beauty
In the absence of light
The stars twinkle above
Like diamonds in the sky
A reminder of the magic
That the darkness can provide
I am lost in this world
But the darkness guides me home
A familiar comfort
In the unknown
In this darkness
I am both weak and strong
A paradox of emotions
That continuously throngs
But I embrace it all
Every part of me
For this darkness
Is where I truly feel free
So let it envelope me
In its calming embrace
For in the darkness
I have found my place
I am invisible yet empowered
In this shroud of black
A force to be reckoned with
A strength that can't be lacked
For in the darkness
I am my truest self
A powerful being
With nothing to prove or sell
So I'll continue to wander
In the depths of the night
For in the darkness
I have found my light.
