Darkness I Will Stay
The darkness is embracing me,
it coats me with its cooling touch.
I do not fear the darkness
it is a comforting friend.
I fear the light,
it has betrayed me too many times.
The darkness shields me
from the pain the light cause.
So when the darkness out stretch its arms,
I run towards its embrace,
for in the darkness i will stay.
