Dc Plane Crash You Never Said Goodbye & Why? ? Poem by Tom Zart

Dc Plane Crash You Never Said Goodbye & Why? ?

DC PLANE CRASH YOU NEVER SAID GOODBYE & WHY? ?

You never said I'm leaving
You never said goodbye.
You were gone before I knew it
And by plane crash and why?

In life I loved you completely
In death I love you still.
I hold a place in my heart
That only you can fill.

It broke my heart to lose you
But I know you're not alone.
A part of me left with you
On the day death called you home.

Tears are a love-mates humble gift
When it's time to say goodbye
Though the eyes are wet and swollen
With time and patience they dry.
