Dead Souls Poem by Tulsi Shrestha

Dead Souls

DEAD SOULS
A Man Surrounded By Alive Dead Souls
Your hunger strike unto -death
For preservation of medical oath
Will not awake Owner of dead soul.
He is so insensitive and deaf
Nourished by Tycoons' fair.
Material gain is flavour of his taste.
Corruption Is his twin brother.
Morality Is out of his reach
Passion for money excites him
To play a game at the cost of public health.
Your dedication and devotion for
Due care and treatment of diseased poor..
He devalued you as old and bore.
Played with your sentiments and faith
Betrayed you more than a dozen times.
Tried to introduce you as an image
Misused and Misunderstood Identity.
Let me expect, One day your dream
Turns into Reality, along with new dawn
Lets expect it be before your departure from...
Indeed possible, when dead souls around you
Awake from their lustful dream
To restore morality as ultimate gain.
