Dear Dad Poem by CJS Sincere

Dear Dad

I was raised,

Two sisters,

No brothers,

Just me, them and my mother,

No father to walk up to and ask advice,

You can think twice if you think we'll ever be friends,

I will forgive,

But I'll never forget,

You ruined my life,

You were never a father, friend or a husband to my mom,

Where the hell were you at when my sisters went to the prom,

When you grandchild was born,

When Mom was struggling,

And we had a hard time eating,

When I was out of control and needed a beating,

Dad was gone having fun and I bet he was eating,

You left because you were bored,

Now I can't even afford to shed a tear,

Never touched a beer cause I heard you drunk em

I'm praying but all I can think is fu— em.

No game of catch, or bike riding lessons,

No help with my progression as a man,

I'm not a fan of anything you did,

As a matter of fact what have you done?

Ruin four lives two daughters a wife and a son,

Even a cold man would ask,

What the hell have you done?

You thought you won,

And every night I hope this keeps you awake,

Your wrong,

Even wild animals don't and won't leave their baby's,

I truly think your crazy.
