Dear world
What thou hast in thy breast
The secret you hold back
The mysteries you leave hidden
Dear world
Yet no man understands thee
Hell, you posses
And a great evil you hold
The demons you let loose
Men see them
Men is tormented by them
Men believe in them
The darkest pits of hell
You reveal to a few
Yet we remain foolish to believe
Yet we remain foolish to believe
Oh dear world
Show us good in life
Show us God's light
Show us a pathway to eternity
The more evil ascends
Let good overwhelm
Lillith, Lucifer, Leviathan
Purgatory, hell hounds
Show me mercy
When there is still some left
While darkness is still with-held
While the first harvest awaits
Oh poor world
Too much evil
Might mean too much good
For his grace covers all evil
Oh poor world
Tell your residence to dress,
For the coming of the Prince draws nigh
For the day of the saints await.
