Deep Cut Poem by Cesar Herrera

Deep Cut

Rating: 2.8

The cut on my arm does not lie
When the suns out it does not shine
I never thought I'd cross the line
Til I left a mark on my mind
Still not known what I can't find
Staying alive is all to kind
Next time the knife will take my life

Mr. Nehrlich, why are you such a mean man? Who died and made you king of this baord to dictate who should, or who should leave? Just because you don't like someone's poem, you write hateful comments, and tell them to leave the board. You sir, are just like the rest of us, and therefore if you don't like what you read, then leave the board yourself. We, the real poets give beauty to the world through our poetry. Just like a painter, we paint pictures with our words, and through these words we give the people of the world hope, happiness, love, joy, and entertainment. We poets give the world, and its people beautiful roses, where as you, Mr. E. Nehrlich, give them thorns. The world is made of postive, and negative particles, and I see you as the negative particle, who pushes away all that is good. One can only hope that the fine poets whom you have so insulted will in fact not leave this board, but will instead submit more of their beautiful poetry to be read.
