Deep Within My Soul, Immense Burdens Weighed Me Down Poem by Enache Dan

Deep Within My Soul, Immense Burdens Weighed Me Down

Deep within my soul, immense burdens weighed me down,
Endless nights, where sadness constantly accompanied me.
Turbulent thoughts, like lightning in the night,
Broke my heart, leaving me with no escape.
On the edge of the abyss, with hope nearly lost,
I sought solace, but everything seemed a silent struggle.
I tried to heal my wounds with verses,
But they were deep, like perverse scars.
Words, though full of hope, were defeated,
My dreams, once joyful, were now dimmed.
Music tried to lift me from this quagmire,
But, though the notes were sweet, the pain persisted and bowed me down.
I sought comfort in the arms of memories,
But their solace proved fleeting and full of uncertainties.
In the midst of this storm, I felt lost,
Until a tear slid down, bringing with it an answer.
This tear, bearing the essence of pain,
Washed away all wounds and brought a new tale.
It spoke of feelings I couldn't utter,
Opening paths of healing and bringing light to sorrows.
A tear, fallen from my passionate heart,
Anchored me and made me feel loved and renewed once more.
The tear, with the taste of bitter reality,
Saved me from the abyss of despair.
It flowed like a river, carrying rebirth with it,
And taught me the power of a single drop that brings solace.
