Definitions

Praises are but downpours which cannot moisten an arid land
Lust is but a giant wave which cannot make love stand
Fame is but a tiny dropp of water in the wide ocean
Wealth and power are but graves dug by those who made them their sun.

Want is but ignorance of reality
Ignorance is but want of fantasy
Anger is but a destructive fire within
Pity is but a dogma to those who are desperate to win.

Pride is but a rope tightened around the neck
Genius is but intelligence fragmented and wrecked
Pain is but a dagger pointed away from the aim
Melancholy is but an imaginary friend of shame.
