Defleeting Love Poem by Mila Flores

Defleeting Love

Rating: 5.0

The days we've kissed,
The hug we shared,
The times when we were madly ecstatic
Now all in the past, waiting to revisit

Like a spring overflows,
Like some kids overjoyed,
Where did thy feelings go?
As it now as barren, slowly fading

Like a ballon popping
Like a sunsets approaching
Is it really nearly ending?
In a forthcoming, defleeting love

I guess nothing really eternal
For everything departs
Shalt love thy ceased,
Shalt not a thing stays.
