Demise Poem by MAHBUBA SHAMA

Demise

You died at such a young age
only 28
This was not the time to let you go
but…

Our marriage was successful
it was blessed beautiful blithe bonding
We had a caring nurturing joyful ride
free from tension, worries, anxieties, anger

only 3 years
the dream is now shattered
you no more now
the heaven is your abode, dearest
I wish you had lived longer…
