Depart From Home Poem by Derek Clipps

Depart From Home

You raise a child to be anything but a failure
The world accept anything but accomplishment
The government allow dreams to be shattered
We as people give up on life as a whole.

Our ancestors may have died in pain for nothing
No lesson has been taught in a timely manner
All hope is now in rejects world
The streets of rage has pulled us in.

Weapons are now our best friend
Hate is now our neighbor
Pain is now invisible to us
Forgiveness dosen't exist in to a world that has been burned
Evil is now apart of the rugged soul, help is not an option

Our soul has been placed into a bottle of flames
Color is no more, Race is no more
Mankind has been destroyed
No answers to be said, losing each battle as if
This was a game built for the gods

This is not how we were raised
Somehow we have to return back home
We have to regain the knowledge that was found within us

We need to come together as a union and detroy all evil.
Peace should be our priority, children should have a better world.
No man, Women, Child nor animal shall feel pain,

For in the great Words of Mr. Michael Jackson 'We are the world'.
