Did You Know I See You - Poem by Mike Conkey

This clock runs short
im out of ideas
she was my constant
as andrew says Konstantine
i seem to be passing though life
making the best of it
but i told everything was over
we made mistakes
we made memries
and if u dont wanna be in my future
then i guess it was just a relationship
then i take you home...
Then i take you home...
If we had more time
then i guess it would be fine
if we had one more fading word
then my feelings wouldnt be so absured
but i no this wasnt easy
and in an act of acting sleezy
i guess i had my reasons
but the clock ran short
that hourglass ran out
as i walk past these places
a garden of roses
stepping up
looking out
i could see the world then
but i cant seem to see it now
those nights of fighting
didnt get us anywhere
but if could spare
just one more word
it would be needing
because im needing to not need her
isnt that wht you wanted
when we sang goodbye
you never wante to say goodbye
when we sang smother me
you never wanted me to smother you
with my words
comming from me
and all the nice things i did
all those awful things idid
maybe we can find a balence
spin around me
like you do in my dreams
did you no i see you
did you no i see you
did you no i see you
in a dreams i dont beg for
