Difficult is a word of many forms,
It can come in different shapes and norms,
A challenge that makes us feel forlorn,
But in the end, a lesson shall be born.
There's the kind that's physical,
Pushing our bodies to their pinnacle,
Lifting weights and climbing hills,
Every move feels like an uphill drill.
Then there's the mental strain,
A puzzle we try to solve in vain,
Thoughts that twist and turn,
As our minds begin to burn.
And yet, there's another kind,
That's harder to define,
Emotional turmoil that leaves us blind,
To the peace we're trying to find.
Some difficulties come with age,
Aches and pains that we can't gauge,
Reminding us of our mortality,
And the inevitability of finality.
Others are disguised as fears,
Whispering doubts in our ears,
Holding us back from our dreams,
And tearing apart our confidence at the seams.
Difficulties can also come in pairs,
As we struggle with our relationships and affairs,
Misunderstandings and arguments arise,
Creating rifts between loved ones and allies.
But amidst all these struggles and strife,
There's a glimmer of hope, a spark of life,
For every difficult moment we face,
Is a chance for growth and a new embrace.
We learn to be stronger,
To endure a little longer,
We develop new skills,
And overcome our wills.
Difficulties mold us into who we are,
Scars and wounds that leave a mark,
But they also reveal our inner strength,
And our ability to go to any length.
So let us welcome the difficulties we meet,
For in them lies a lesson sweet,
A chance to rise and stand tall,
And conquer the greatest of them all.
Difficult is a word of many forms,
But we are capable of weathering any storms,
So embrace the challenges, the trials, and the pain,
For it is in overcoming, that we shine and gain.
