Different World Poem by Rebecca Hall

Different World

Silver droplets
Fall down my
Cheeks;
I fall to my knees

Once again
Blood
Is spilled
Tonight

Moonlight spilling
In behind
The curtains
Shining
upon the puddle

I see
My reflection
Shines back
Eyes dull
And lifeless

Arms bleeding
Cut to the bone
Smiling menacingly
Darkening My eyes

My heart pleads
For a light
That would shine
Through

A smile
To guide me
A hand
To take
To help lead
Me away
To a different world

our world is very difficult and is filled with much pain and sorrow, but always remember that were never alone. God and us, your friends, are always here for you.
