Discredit Poem by C. Bake Baker

Discredit

We forsake our ambitions into a name
Colors disgraced and filed insane
Fling off emotion, apostate in your head
made obsolete and worthless, fickle to the dead

Love lasts so long, memories of life
Night terrors abuse, your face made of strife
Untruth swamps my mind with cliché
Cold harm filled eyes never do what I say

Soft corrosive dreams suffer through Heaven
gangland of America forgets nine eleven
Lost little roses, die without nutrition
and fate of the world is late for detention
