Do not disturb!
I hung that sign upon my heart.
Do not disturb!
I thought that I would be real smart.
Don't want my life to be about
Falling in love and falling out.

Don't need this thing called love.
There's so much more I could be thinking of.
I'll sail the seas and fly the skies.
I'll search for truth to make me wise.
I'll fight the fight and never quit.
Just leave my heart right out of it.

I do not need the pain.
I'll never fall in love again.
Leave me in peace and leave me free.

Boy, can't you read?
Means what it says, so don't proceed.
I'll slam that door shut in your face
If you advance another pace.
