Do Not Plan Your Life On Distant Tomorrows. Poem by Carl R Nicolas Nicolas

Do Not Plan Your Life On Distant Tomorrows.

Life is a mosaic of tiny,60-second intervals...

Life is not a mountain of hours,
it is sixty seconds at a time... A
minute arrives quietly,
small… manageable… with great possibilities...

In that brief breath of time, get everything done, do not wait for the perfect moment...
this one is enoug... plenty... That is not just time passing; that is your life, broken down into sixty-second gifts...

Guard it from distraction,
spend it with intention,
build your purpose minute by minute...

For a life well lived
is not made in distant tomorrows,
but in these humble
sixty-second victories... when you own the small moments, you own your life.
Carl Nicolas.
