Do you love the microscopic doses of spray Poem by Claudia Gabler

Do you love the microscopic doses of spray

Do you love the microscopic doses of spray
that emanate from the flowers of the city
that domesticize
and tell us about bucolic landscapes
that they've passed on their bullying tours
that spread out
in our tubs full of happiness?
- -
But we've moved to the garden long ago
where monks used to graze,
humane and hungry in their chants.
We who were once metropreneurs.
When we put on the shoes of human children
we sometimes find blisters inside.
- -
Love, you say,
is the wrong word.
