you’re a sight my eyes never tire of
the remaining notes to a forgotten melody
don’t shake sweety, life will come around
let your tears keep us afloat
from this world that never knew you
if it keeps spinning us around
we’ll go against it with all our might
we keep on waiting for something
that never seems to arrive
happy endings are a luxury we can’t see
instead of making this last
let’s just pretend we’re never going to die
