Waking from a nightmare into a dream,
A dream that I imagined for far too long
In a decade full of pain, misery, and woes.
Woes of my heart whispering to me,
'Another reality; another world.'
But now I am wide awake,
Opening my eyes,
Ready to shatter
Each chain that's holding me,
Making that dream into a reality.
I am ready to break free
From this cycle of misery.
I am not an oracle but I had dreamed
Of this reality... Of this peace!
