People always tell me that dreams will just be dreams
and that they will never be anything else
well
they are wrong
dreams are what start everything
if no one ever followed their dreams I don't know where we would be
If a man hadn't dreamed of freedom and wanted it
would we have it?
If a man hadn't dreamed of having electricity and went for it
would we have it?
If a man hadn't dreamed of anything
or never followed his dreams
what would we have?
nothing
we would still be ruled over by a king
and we wouldn't have any electronics
so you can tell me that
I'm just a dreamer
and I couldn't do anything by dreaming
but i'll keep dreaming
and I will follow my dreams
So go on and tell me that I am another useless dreamer
who will accomplish nothing
because I will make you eat your words
just you watch me
and every other dreamer in this world
We are the ones that will bring fiction and fantasy to life
we are the next poets, Screen writers, Authors, Painters, Presidents, scientists, explorers, and designers
So tell me that i'm never going to accomplish anything
because I won't believe you
because me
I am a Dreamer
and I can do Anything
I just have to follow my dreams
and you can do the same
you could be the one to cure cancer
the one to create world peace
you could be the next president of the United States
you could be a famous movie star or singer
all you have to do
is Dream
