Dried River Poem by dr. ram sharma

Dried River

DRIED RIVER
Rivers are dried and feigned,
as no blood is flowing in veins
rivers have been encroached,
suffocation to take breath,
gait of flowing water stopped,
these have become carrier of drainage,
rivers are desolate, discarded and feeling carnage
malign views are being reflected,
in the mirror of water
