I miss you more than I care to confess,
This truth even I try to hide from myself.
Since the day you've been gone I had slowly lost my song.
If time would heal, I'd move on, but I didn't know I'd miss you this long.

Each night I'm wide awake, in my eyes are tears for mine faraway,
Lost in thoughts no one seems to share,
Memories of you are still fresh but now you're beyond my heart's stretch,
In this aching silence your absence is felt in a hush.

In my heart your memory remains,
Sometimes I think I see your face
They say time heals, but for me the pain lies still
I would give my forever to hold your hand once more......until forever's end
