Echoes Of Love Poem by Sanjib Saha

Echoes Of Love

Echoes of Love

You brought moonlight, spreading it across my skin,
I grew up, unfolding petals, pure and white within.
Eyes blossomed, youth unfolded, sun-kissed days passed,
heartbeats stirred, noon's chill whispered secrets.

Raining unexpectedly, torrential emotions swept me away,
my inner world submerged. Scattered thoughts, upside-down memories,
love overflowed, untimely, in chaotic harmony.
In Mahua's forest, fragrances merged, love awakened,
someone vanished.

How many days did residual joy linger?
Honey dripped, leaves withered, memories faded.
In the final, restless twilight, how much of Earth's beauty
did I crave, and how much did I grasp?
