Egyptian Solstice (Part-1)

Egyptian Solstice, a time of mystic power,
A celebration of the sun and its golden shower.
The longest day, the shortest night,
A moment of balance, a cosmic delight.
The land of ancient gods and pharaohs,
Where the Nile flows and the desert glows.
Where pyramids rise and sphinxes guard,
And the secrets of the past are deeply scarred.
At the dawn of Egyptian Solstice,
The world is engulfed in a fiery blaze,
The sun god Re, with his chariot of gold,
Rises in the sky, his radiance never fades.
The air is thick and the heat is high,
As the sun's rays pierce through the sky.
The sands shimmer and the temples gleam,
As the earth basks in Re's eternal beam.
The people gather, dressed in their best,
With jewel-toned robes and headdresses.
They chant and sing, their voices strong,
Praising the sun god, all day long.
The city of Thebes, a bustling crowd,
Where merchants sell their goods out loud.
The streets are filled with vibrant hues,
As the people dance, lost in the Solstice's muse.
In the temples, priests perform rituals,
Offering prayers and sacrifices to the gods.
The smell of incense, sweet and strong,
Drifts through the air, a mystical song.
At midday, the sun reaches its peak,
The heat intensifies, but no one is weak.
For this is a day to honor the sun,
And all its power that makes life run.
As the day wanes and the sun starts to set,
The people gather by the Nile to reflect.
They watch as the sky turns shades of red,
A magnificent sight, as if the gods had bled.
The stars appear, one by one,
As the sun god's journey comes undone.
The night is now as long as the day,
A moment of balance in the cosmic play.
The people light candles and lanterns,
Their warm glow a symbol of the Solstice's presence.
They offer gifts to the gods of the night,
To ensure their blessings and eternal light.
As the night deepens, the air turns cool,
But the people's spirits remain in full.
For the Solstice is a time of celebration,
A union of the earthly and celestial creation.
The drums beat and the rhythms sway,
As the people dance under the moon's soft ray.
Their voices rise, in a hypnotic chant,
A celebration of life, a cosmic enchant.
The stars align, in a perfect formation,
As the Solstice reaches its culmination.
The power of the sun, the gift of the night,
A sacred moment, full of divine might.
As the night fades and the sun rises once more,
The Solstice comes to an end, but its echoes endure.
For the people of Egypt, this day is a reminder,
Of the eternal cycle, a cosmic binder.
Egyptian Solstice, a celebration of life,
A moment of balance, free from strife.
A time to honor the sun and its might,
In the land of pharaohs, where the gods alight.
