Elusive Divinity Poem by Cyclopseven R

Elusive Divinity

Enchanting beauty of divine smile
I see flashed in everything around.

Mesmerizing my heart to capture the soul
is indeed His play and His goal.

Lucid divine presence manifests everywhere
but the mind camouflages them all deceitfully
by allowing everything to flow in freely and gaily
giving false assumption of what is and is not divine
and I succumb to a thousand death, consciously.

Despite the surety and bliss cast
I am musing in my random dreams
of a divine God to exist in a particular form
a wish so narrow to confine the ultimate energy.

Neither I nor others are capable
of ingesting the final truth when it laid itself bare
because the fanatical illusion of the mind
will always keep the mind away from Him.
