Embodiment can be a bore -
all that time, effort and expense
feeding it,
cleaning it,
clothing it,
keeping it from harm
and repairing the damage
when you can't.
Bodies need shelter,
a roof over their head.
They are always looking in the mirror
and we often don't like what they see.
What appeals to me
is the total liberty
and economy
of disembodiment.
Carbon footprint free.
