Embrace Your Dreams - Poem by Eben Thedreamer
day in, day out, always the same rough reality gnawing upon the fragile dreams circling around one.
stories you read, tales you hear about. will you ever find yourself inside one of them?
are imagination but a dream itself? will ever dreams come true?
we can escape the reality for short moments. will we ever be able to break the dull everydays, with the abilitys we were given by birth?
can the irregular beats of my heart lead me on, to the pathway of dreams?
when will the day come for me to grasp what my eyes have seen for an eternity?
when will my fists close around what really matters?
will i let go of my dreams so that they can embrace me, instead of the very opposite?
will i ever live, the way i´ve always dreamd of?
...
will you?
embrace your dreams, all of you who read this
