The emptiness that follows the tears,
it kills me inside.

The emptiness of not having you here,
it suffocates me.

The emptiness of being alone in the world,
it sadens me to no extent.

The emptiness of losing you,
it breaks my heart.

The emptiness that hangs over my head,
it reminds me.

The emptiness that i feel,
can never be filled.

The emptiness alone,
drives me over the edge.

The emptiness leaves a void,
to which is never ending.

The emptiness is in us all,
and we are suffering.
