those very same eyes as seen in a mirror clear.
To call out to others a challenge to listen,
encouraging them to realize a dream or vision.

Of giving them the confidence with true deserve,
A path laden with success, reluctance to swerve.
Positive words of building a character of strong,
related in friendship always delivering along.

Remember those you have portioned a test,
the wishing for you will return a success.
Words of wise creating in them a desire,
to follow their dreams likend to a saphire.

In taking the lead and showing the way,
a tunnel to see light at the end of the day.
In caring have you come to their true terms,
let them be steadfast and hold it up firm.

So to you in uplifting their self esteem,
You bonded and developed a confident team.
In granting others to have a goal compiled,
success have you shown in abundant style.
