When does it stop?
Why does it go on?
The sun never stops shining
The rain never stops falling

It just moves on
from one place to the next
We take it for granted
and glance at it at best

Every day the sun will shine
Whether we see it or not
Every day rain will fall
And won't notice the battles it's fought

The sun rises every day
to cheer us at rough times
The rain will to continue to fall
To clean and refresh our minds

Why do we take things for granted
Like food the sun and love
We never realize that we have it
Until it's gone or there's not enough
