Ephemeral Luminescence - Poem by Arielle Howze

The sky is electric
Periodically, particles of energy charge the air
Brief moments of illumination

Natures strobe lights
A brightly lit sky contrasted with the dark eerie tree limbs barren from winter's wrath
Skeleton like and menacing

Topic(s) of this poem: horror, nature, winter
